Supply Chain Operations Position
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional to join their dedicated team. As a Supply Chain Operations specialist, you will be part of the Reverse Supply Chain team supporting Returns and Inventory Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Supply Chain Operations
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Onsite
Responsibilities- Support the Reverse Supply Chain operations for Returns and Inventory Reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent negative customer impact.
- Collaborate with third‑party logistics vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet daily service level commitments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain reporting on production, service levels, and key performance indicators.
- Strong business acumen and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including formulas and data entry accuracy.
- Experience with complex research involving inventory and reporting.
- Ability to understand and navigate multiple systems and their interactions.
- Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills, with flexibility for repetitive tasks.
