Key Responsibilities:

• Support surface land acquisition and lease arrangements

• Negotiate compensation and manage landowner interactions

• Evaluate project timelines and produce status reports

• Research industry trends to improve processes
Requirements:

• Valid Permanent Land Agents license

• 7+ years as a Surface Land Agent

• Experience with BC surface land activities

• Strong knowledge of BC regulations

• Proficient in CS Explorer and land management systems
