Position: LPN Role at Northern Health Facility

As an LPN, you will provide dedicated nursing care for patients, assisting them in fulfilling their diverse needs. You'll engage in developing care plans and ensuring effective communication happens within the team, adhering to established nursing standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care tailored to assigned patients

• Implement care plans and perform assessments

• Document clinical information accurately

• Participate in meetings and support orientation for new staff

• Execute clerical responsible in adherence to procedures

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Valid registration with the BC College of Nurses

• Current basic CPR certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role
