Position: Med Surg LPN Role

This position includes involvement in patient assessments and oversight of care protocols, ensuring a supportive patient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients/residents

• Assist in developing and evaluating care plans

• Carry out patient assessments and document findings

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in orientation and training of new staff

Requirements:

• Valid registration as an LPN in British Columbia

• Excellent communication and advocacy skills

• Experience in patient-oriented care planning

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights

• Ability to maintain a safe and respectful environment
