Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80/hour + Benefits

• Support and maintain our network security systems, including firewalls, URL filtering, IDS/IPS, network access control, and remote access VPN.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced network security programs, processes, and practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Information Security, IT, Product, and Operations to enhance security measures.
• Manage and support AWS network security services, including AWS Network Firewall, Security Groups, and NACLs.
• Implement and oversee next‑generation firewall and UTM devices, ensuring robust protection across the network infrastructure.

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience supporting production network security environments.
• Extensive background in IT systems, application engineering, and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS network security services, including practical knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and certificates.
• Strong understanding of the OSI model and Layer‑7 protection techniques related to network security.
• Proficiency in managing AWS Network Firewall, Security Groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, and VPC architectures.
