What's the Job?- Support and maintain PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) applications, including deployment, installation, and upgrades.
- Perform configuration, customization, and support for CAD and 3DExperience (3DX)/Enovia applications.
- Assist customers with effective usage of 3DX PLM software and troubleshoot incidents within the system.
- Develop integrations between Enovia and existing database systems using Web Services, XML, and related tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in PLM applications and system support.
- Proficiency with 3DExperience, CAD systems like CATIA V6, and Enovia applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience developing software integrations, Java programming, and scripting (JPOs, Tcl/Tk).
