Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurse - Home Health Care

Location:

Framingham, MA. Services are provided in Framingham, Natick, and surrounding towns.

One year of clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous home health care experience is optional.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical Manager.
• Execute and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care using a touch‑pad tablet.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed RN working with an adult/geriatric medical patient population.
