32 hours a week. Options for different days may be accommodated based on program need.

Week 1:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat

Week 2:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri

Pay Rate

$35.00 per hour (LPN), $37.00 per hour (RN). $3.00 per hour weekend differential.

Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse Responsibilities
  • Administer medication to clients as outlined in medication administration policy.
  • Control, count, and appropriately document onsite medication.
  • Educate clients on the use, purpose, side effects, and other information relating to medication‑assisted treatment.
  • Verify medication orders with the physician and transcribe physician’s orders.
  • Assist in the admission process and document substance‑use diagnosis as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Must have a current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Must demonstrate appropriate independent judgment to determine the appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
  • Must be able to express oneself adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
  • Experience in substance abuse / mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
