We are a fast-growing pest management team trusted by a national restaurant brand to keep their kitchens pest-free. Your craft: travel nationwide, work overnight while locations are closed, and seal every possible breach—walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and pipe penetrations—so pests stay out.

A night on the jobFly into a new city, gear up, and meet the crew at a closed restaurant. You’ll crawl through tight spaces, spot structural weak points, and fix them immediately using construction materials and tools. You’ll document each repair, communicate findings to your team, and adapt when conditions aren’t perfect—because they often aren’t.What you’ll handle

Travel to assigned restaurant sites across the country (company-covered travel and lodging)
Perform overnight exclusion work—seal gaps, cracks, and entry points with appropriate materials

Identify structural vulnerabilities and choose the right solution for each situation

Record your work clearly and report insights to the team Problem-solve and adjust on the fly in challenging environments

What you bring

Background in construction, renovation, pest control, or a related trade—or strong hands-on aptitude and willingness to learn

Ownership mindset: you show up, get it done, and don’t wait to be told twice

Composure and a positive attitude under pressure and during unconventional hours

Comfort with frequent travel and steady night shifts

Clear communication and the ability to work independently while being a solid teammate
