DialysisRegistered Nurse
A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in‑center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
ScheduleFull‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 4:30 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Pay ranges from $37.50 to $49.07 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem‑solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- DCI provides 3‑months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
