Senior Project Scheduler

Garveris is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for its Enterprise Solutions Scheduling Services Team. This role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining critical‑path schedules for multiple projects.

This position will evaluate and apply standard techniques, determine adaptations for non‑routine tasks, and lead limited teams for small or large projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Expertise in Project Controls Methodologies.
• Lead development of periodic project controls reporting.
• Lead or direct the set up and reviews of the project controls status (cost contract, WBS, schedule, resources, etc.).
• Lead scheduling efforts on large or multiple projects.
• Develop baseline schedules.
• Oversee schedule development and maintenance.
• Support claims evaluation and mitigation issues.
• Contact and follow up with project teams.
• Lead training for project teams.
• Monitor compliance and non‑compliance reports.
• Report scheduling metrics and risk issues.
• Develop scheduling materials for proposals.
• Mentor Schedulers and Junior Schedulers.
• Assist in developing scheduling materials for proposals.
• Resolve scheduling issues that occur.
• Understand contract documents and read and understand plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience with project scheduling.
• Proficient knowledge of EPPM and other scheduling software, including web versions.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Associate’s degree in construction technology or construction management.
• Experience in construction and contracting industry standards.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing.
