Overview
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong cross-platform expertise and excellent communication skills to support end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on technical troubleshooting, strong documentation practices, and the ability to provide white-glove support to leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for both Windows and Mac operating systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
  • Manage patching, hardware/software updates, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Handle Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and adherence to SLA expectations
  • Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions
  • Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, including user setup, troubleshooting, and configuration
  • Maintain and apply Group Policy and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and generate reports as needed
  • Provide onsite, high-touch support for executives and leadership, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to resolve technical issues and provide updates
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments in a corporate setting
  • Hands-on experience with patch management, system updates, and endpoint maintenance
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong understanding of Group Policy and device management (MDM)
  • Experience using ticketing systems and managing service requests within SLAs
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with leadership

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
