Job Title: Med/Surg RN

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule: 36 or 48 Hours/Week

Pay Rates:

• 48 Hours/Week:
  • Base Pay: $1808/hr
  • Overtime Pay: $27.12/hr
  • Stipend: $1,750.00
  • Gross Weekly Pay: $2,690.00
• 36 Hours/Week:
  • Base Pay: $18.08/hr
  • Overtime Pay: $27.13/hr
  • Stipend: $1,358.00
  • Gross Weekly Pay: $2,009.00

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care and treatment progress
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of TN or compact RN License
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
