OverviewThe Lead has a direct impact on both the execution of brand standards as well as the teammate experience. With the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead is the in-store expert of their business/department. The Lead is focused on delivering the best service to our customers as well as providing direction to teammates. Their ability to lead by example, be empathetic, relentless in adversity, optimistic, and collaborative is how they differentiate themselves.
- Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
- Builds a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate to build mutual trust and respect.
- Plans, organizes, and controls 30-days out with guidance, including workforce planning to execute daily assignments, game plans, projects, or store events.
- Leverages teammates to ensure brand standards are met, programs and processes are executed daily, and tasks are delegated based on priority.
- Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
- Assists the store leadership team with supervision in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports training teammates on procedures and programs, including onboarding and cross-training.
- Prioritizes coaching and development, providing hands-on coaching and teaching the "why" behind tasks, plans, and processes.
- Leads by example to support the organization's vision, helping teammates understand how their responsibilities align with organizational goals and delivering a hassle-free shopping experience.
- Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
- Adheres to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
- Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to supporting the team.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Golf experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. repeatedly.
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking, and at heights with ladders or aerial lifts.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.
