Mid-Level Test & Evaluation Lab Tech – The Boeing Company

Patuxent River, MD
- Plans, conducts and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Designs, fabricates, builds and analyzes test systems, materials, components, software and methodologies.
- Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities.
- Conducts system test preparations by coordinating system integration, fabrication, modification, setup, checkout and teardown.
- Troubleshoots and resolves laboratory and test-related problems.
- Conducts tests, analyzes data and documents results; participates in test readiness reviews.
- Coordinates test laboratory activities and maintenance and repairs.
- Coaches, trains others and works under general direction.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- 3+ years of experience interpreting electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and definition.
- Experience inspecting, fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses, or any variety of electrical components and associated equipment.
- Experience with strain gauging.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, with benefits including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and programs that provide paid and unpaid time off.
Summary pay range: $68,000–$92,000.
RelocationThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Security ClearanceRequires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship, including an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start.
