Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain controlled documents, logbooks, and records
  • Perform filing, scanning, archiving, and retrieval of documentation
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
  • Perform data entry with high accuracy into internal systems
  • Maintain document storage and archival systems
  • Assist with compliance checks and documentation reviews
  • Support QA team with documentation-related tasks and projects
  • Identify discrepancies and elevate compliance issues when needed
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage high-volume documentation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience in GMP, pharma, biotech, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with quality systems, SOPs, or compliance processes
