Position

Summary

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results‑oriented Community Outreach Coordinator (COCO) to become a vital part of our vibrant sales team. The COCO will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to qualification. This position is crucial for driving our growth and broadening our market presence.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience in lead generation through marketing initiatives and achieving sales goals. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for forging and maintaining robust relationships with customers from the initial contact to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding after‑sales support. If you are driven, enthusiastic, and flourish in a collaborative team environment, we would be eager to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and secure new clients through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads by effectively communicating and understanding client needs.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for prospective clients with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of engagements with leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure a positive experience.

  • Assist in crafting sales strategies and tactics based on prevailing market conditions.

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
