Commercial Handyman Technician

As the most important Maximum Handyman Team member, you would be working full time as a remote/on the road craftsman and repairman for the largest and most experienced and respected company in the business.

Maximum Handyman, LLC is a bonded, licensed, and insured small business headquartered in Maryland that has been offering full handyman, remodeling, maintenance, and repair services, exclusively to the commercial sector since 2008. We specialize in providing high‑quality services to offices, retail establishments, restaurants, and other commercial facilities.

Our “In‑House Technicians” are sought after, knowledgeable, experienced, career professionals who live and work throughout our mid‑Atlantic coverage area that includes PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and WV.

• Asphalt and concrete repair/patching and brick/cinder block work
• Ballasts and light electrical work
• Laminate fabrication/repair for cabinetry and counters
• Caulk, spackle, painting, grouting, and other finishing work
• Ceramic, VCT, ceiling, and other tile work
• Commercial doors and hardware, including closers, panic bars, etc.
• Framing, drywall, FRP
• Fences, installing new drop ceiling grid, cove base molding
• Flushometers and other light plumbing
• Moving/hauling, pest control, demolition, glasswork
• Welding (a plus)

• High school or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a large service van
• Safe driver with a clean record
• Clean criminal record and no substance abuse
• Ability to work independently / unsupervised
• Professional appearance and excellent professional communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting/technical skills and experience in multiple areas of repair
• Tech‑savvy (job “paperwork” is managed on a smartphone)
• Experience (3 years minimum)
• Fluent in English
• United States work authorization
• Safety minded (safety toe shoes mandatory, other PPE per task)
• Cleanliness and organization of company tools, equipment, and vehicle

Full‑time

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour to start

• Monday to Friday (some weekends, nights and overtime available)
