Class A CDL Drivers Get Home Every Week Earning $2180+/WK (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable experience within the last three years) are looking for guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year, with a weekly wage of $2,190 and deliveries running the Northeast.

• Drivers pick up loads at a DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded; the driver hooks and goes.
• Daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for every trailer unloaded.
• Approximately 900-1,200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Make 2-4 stops per trailer, unloading boxes weighing 1-35 lbs onto a conveyor belt at stores.
• Drivers do not perform inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• If the driver has a 34‑hour rest period at home, they can still be on a load that week.
• When the week starts, drivers finish deliveries then head back to the DC for the next load.

• Orientation takes place in Dayton, typically about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, and drivers are paid $85 per day during orientation.
• Training is generally 3-5 days, paid at the daily rate. Drivers may double‑bunk with the trainer or use their truck first; no guarantee, so willingness to work either option is required.
• After training, drivers may bring a rider or a dog while on the run.

• Full benefits start after 60 days.
• Medical, vision, PTO, 401(k) with matching.

• Urine drug tests only; no failures or refusals are allowed, even if previously completed SAP.

• Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (but not in Brooklyn or Long Island).
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be in the state of current residence.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT-recordable accidents in the last three years, provided none involve major traffic violations, preventable rear ends, or rollovers.
• Unable to have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• Allow up to one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device; none are allowed in a commercial vehicle.
• No felonies in the last 7 years (except sexual crimes), and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
