We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment and have their own means of transportation to and from jobs for various locations in the Fredericton area.

Sunday’s – 12pm 6:00pm (2 sites on southside)
Wednesday’s – 6:00pm – 9:30pm (1 site on southside)
Thursday’s – 10:00am – 5:00pm (3 sites on northside)
16.5 hours per week with potential to add more hours.

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people.
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city.
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames.
• Have an eye for detail cleaning.

• Building Cleaning.
• Sweeping/Mopping.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting.
• General cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• And more as directed by supervisors.
• Helping co-workers.
