Experience working with job-boards, CV databases, internet search tools and writing job advertisements
Excellent IT skills such as Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates
Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently in a fast paced environment

Skills Needed: The successful candidate has:
Fluent in English and Japanese
Degree in HR  
Experience with managing a team.
Previous and recent experience in a similar HR position with operational experience in administration and projects delivering HR solutions to business, ideally coming from a start-up environment
Experience working at executive level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extremely detailed oriented with high standards of accuracy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and capable of contributing to an innovative working environment

Skills Needed: A comprehensive understanding of one of the above mentioned sports is essential, as is an ability to work at speed and make spontaneous decisions.
