About the Role:

Job Title: Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on experiments to evaluate performance and customer impact
• Investigate patterns and behaviors in early use/life stages of customers
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to define success metrics and support data-informed decision-making
• Write complex SQL queries and contribute to automation of data pipelines

Basic Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Quick Sight, Tableau)
• Experience working with large datasets and experiment design/analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer lifecycle or behavioral analysis
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python)
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between Minimum $115 K- $120 K Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
