Telemarketer – Appointment Setter (Sales Support) – Part-Time (On-Site)

20–25 hours/week (evenings & weekends)

Compensation: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our licensed Sales team by making outbound calls, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for prospective customers. This position focuses exclusively on lead follow‑up and appointment setting; you will not be selling policies.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Follow up with internet and marketing leads
• Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review insurance options
• Maintain accurate CRM notes in Salesforce CRM
• Provide friendly, professional service on every call
• Track lead status and ensure timely follow‑up
• Work toward appointment‑setting targets while maintaining high‑quality lead information

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self‑motivation
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized and detail‑oriented (CRM accuracy is essential)
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent with lead follow‑up
