ObjectivesThe objectives of the position will be to learn how to perform service and installations, start-up, and warranty work. Assist installers, technicians, and shop lead with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Must have a good work ethic
- Ability to adhere to all quality and safety codes
- High School diploma or GED Equivalence
- Basic math skills
- Able to frequently stand; walk; use hand-tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to participate in Apprenticeship Schooling Program
- Available to work overtime if needed including Saturday and Sunday
Must be able to pass a background and substance abuse screening prior to employment.
Subject to random and post-accident substance abuse screening.
Benefits- Health Insurance - The Company pays 50% of the employee’s benefit after 30 days.
