Director of Nursing

Stellar Living, a leading provider in senior living services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team across various facilities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to high-quality care and ensuring our elderly residents receive the best physical, emotional, and social support. The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing staff, develop nursing practices and policies, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance service delivery
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Lead efforts to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and safety
• Coordinate with other department heads to maintain seamless care delivery
• Report to senior management on nursing department activities

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in healthcare management systems and software
• Expertise in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to handle high‑stress situations with grace and professionalism
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in healthcare management (preferred but not required)
