This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asphalt Paving Superintendent located in Fulton, MO. The incumbent will oversee paving and asphalt maintenance projects, manage and train crews, ensure quality control, and adhere to project deadlines. Responsibilities include scheduling equipment, coordinating material delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and communicating with clients to ensure project satisfaction. The superintendent will also track project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and work closely with other team members to maintain efficient operations.

• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving methods, materials, and equipment
• Experience in managing crews, schedules, and project timelines
• Proficiency in safety protocols and environmental regulations related to asphalt paving
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in a physical and fast-paced environment
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and equipment maintenance is a plus
• Driver’s license required; CDL license preferred
