DescriptionGainesville Certified Collision Center is searching for a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative
. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking care of our customers by greeting them professionally and with a great attitude, making appointments, collaborating between service/management/customers, and following up. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. If you are outgoing, have a positive attitude and enjoy helping people, this role may be for you!
This role is in person, and not a call center role. You will be working at 2201 N Main St, Gainesville, FL 32609.
Job Duties consist of, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in person or over the phone with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist customers and staff with inquiries related to appointments, vehicle status, or general Body Shop services.
- Schedule and confirm estimate and repair appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in our systems.
- Communicate effectively within the department and with management to relay customer needs.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain records of, and collect payments from customers, insurance companies and third‑party vendors.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document/file preparation, and follow‑up calls.

Qualifications:
- Computer proficient
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communications skills
- Team player with a great attitude
