• Work Monday – Friday for full‑time employment.
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum.
• Maintain licensing requirements.
• Complete required assessments and observations.
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom.
• Have fun!

These responsibilities apply to our most common positions; we will discuss specific duties for less common roles.

Training and experience are preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships. Some positions may require specific credentials.

• CDA or Florida Staff Credential (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid (preferred)
• Experience working with children 0‑13 years‑old (preferred)
• Willingness to train.
