RN – Inpatient Surgical Unit | Gainesville, FL
Support healing from the inside out. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled RN – Inpatient Surgical Unit to join a dedicated surgical care team in Gainesville, FL—providing exceptional care before and after life-changing procedures.
Pay: $43/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality care to post-operative and surgical patients
- Monitor recovery progress, pain management, and patient safety
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education
- Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Active RN license (FL)
- Experience in Med‑Surg, surgical, or post‑op nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced inpatient environment
