The Sales Intern will gain entry‑level knowledge and experience in the RJ Young Solutions and Sales Process. The ideal candidate is a college student prior to graduation, eager to learn B2B selling. The intern will work with Account Executives to sell, research, prospect, and present to clients.
This is an hourly paid position; the intern is expected to work at least 20 hours per week and will work Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm with flexibility set by intern and management.
Essential Functions- 50% Marketing and proactive outreach
- 25% Client and product research
- 15% Face‑to‑face selling and presentation with Account Executives
- 10% Administrative support
Minimal, within the local office’s territory.
RequiredEducation and Experience
Applicant must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
