The Material Handling Maintenance Technician reports to the Material Handling Maintenance Manager, works independently, and performs advanced maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse on the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), order picking equipment, and other material handling equipment.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on ASRS conveyors, pallet elevators, and palletizers.
• Execute major repairs on ASRS conveyors, pallet elevators, and palletizers.
• Use appropriate test equipment to evaluate and maintain equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot ASRS conveyors, pallet elevators, and palletizers; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain tools and machinery in good condition; use equipment carefully as instructed.
• Keep accurate preventive maintenance records.
• Respond to after‑hours callbacks as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Create and close work orders in the company fleet software, documenting labor hours and parts.
• Perform related work and other job assignments as required.
• Address other building maintenance needs as assigned by the manager.

• 3–4 years of maintenance mechanic experience on ASRS conveyors, pallet elevators, and palletizers.
• 3–4 years of experience in mechanical and material handling systems, or equivalent training/certification (on‑the‑job training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot automated pallet handling systems.
• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude and ability to work in mechanically oriented situations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and interpret electrical diagrams.
• High School Diploma or GED.
