In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assembling partial or complete airline seats by working at bench or on shop floor.

• Perform TIG welding operations on aluminum, stainless steel, and other aerospace‑grade metals on complex welds
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, weld symbols and route sheets
• Set up and use fixtures accurately to ensure quality welds and part integrity
• Apply proper welding rod selection using established color code systems
• Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) standards and qualify for MVP and Operator Certifications
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and scales to inspect and verify parts
• Rework and repair welded parts to required specifications
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and standard shop practices
• Document work performed and ensure traceability of parts and welds
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient welding area, utilizing 5s Standards and established storage requirements
• May be assigned other duties as required
