Job Summary:

Core Role:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Provide Web Queue Helpdesk support within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to users
- Respond to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT services
- Provide user notification of receipt of Web‑ or email‑submitted requests
- Log and track inquiries using the service request management database, and maintain history records and related documentation
- Promptly categorize, generate, and route customer requests that are escalated beyond the ITSC area of responsibility
- Education:
Associate of Arts/Associate of Science - Required Experience:
3+ years of related experience - Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

Communication and Ability to follow oral and written directions - Location:
On‑Site in Annapolis Junction, MD - US Citizenship Required
- Required:
IAT Level 1 certificate within 6 months of start date - Shift: Saturday – Tuesday 6am–4pm

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $35.06 – $47.44. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
