Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in assigned reports;
Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, local contacts, and first responders during critical situations while following post orders and client guidelines
