As Director of Maintenance at Jet Access, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Part 145 Repair Station. Leading with safety as our top priority, you'll oversee team leadership, shop schedule management, workflow optimization, work order oversight, client communication, and quality control for a single shop location. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Maintenance, you will implement strategic objectives, operating plans, and policies that ensure both aircraft integrity and fiscal responsibility while maintaining a culture of excellence that aligns with our core values.

• Base Salary of $ - $ (annualized), paid bi-weekly
• Bonus earning potential Variable Compensation Plan 15% of Annual Base Salary: $18,000 - $25,750 (Subject to plan terms and conditions)
• Total Cash Compensation Package: $138,000 – $190,750

• This position is classified as FLSA Exempt

• Evening/weekend hours will be required for various incidents, events, initiatives
