CANNABIS PACKAGING TECHNICIAN (Evening Shift)

Viridian Staffing's (  ) Client is looking for Temporary Packaging Technicians to help with packaging duties for a cannabis company 20 minutes West of Gardner, Massachusetts, area. These positions are expected to start on or around late-February. For workers who do a great job, there is the potential for this to convert to a permanent position.

1st

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

2nd

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

As a Packaging Technician, you will help to measure cannabis products, package the product, and then label the product accordingly. You may also get to help collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures.

Attention to detail and the ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, AND kneel for up to 8 hours at a time. Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations
• Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel AND twist up to 8 hours
• Ability to work in a GMP environment, which includes but is not limited to wearing required PPE

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50/hour
