Staff Force Personnel Services is looking for a competitive, self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth in the DFW Metro area. We are looking for an experienced outside sales rep with a proven track record in the sales field. This is an awesome opportunity for someone eager to further their career in sales and business development with the opportunity for advancement.

The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to produce and lead. You will be responsible for generating qualified job orders from top companies. You will be held accountable for business development and sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions. In order to achieve this you are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives.

We are looking for that go-to sales person to provide their expertise in the sales field. We are looking for someone to provide:

 Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers

 Ability to establish professional relationships with customers through lunch meetings and customer site visits

 Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals

 Cold call experience

 Negotiating skills

Account Manager Duties (weekly)

 100 Field Calls

 100 Combined Phone Calls/Emails

 Dedicated phone time devoted to appointment setting

 4 Appointments & 4 Proposals

 2 New Accounts/Reactivate prior customers per week.

 Meet or exceed monthly quota.

 Maintain up-to-date information in CRM Software “Avionte”. Enter notes from Field Calls, Service Calls, Appointments, and Proposals.

 High volume prospects “Top 20” seen weekly. Clients seen weekly. Prioritize your weekly calls to prospects based on usage.

 Prepared to discuss the previous week’s activity with Regional Sales Manager during your scheduled touch base.

 Email your weekly sales summary and activity report to Branch Manager by 5:00pm Friday evening.

A great candidate to be considered for this position will have the following:

2 plus years in an Outside Sales role

  • Report to local branch office both beginning and end of selling day (not a work from home position)
