The ideal candidate will have experience as a Drafter or with 3D Designs who is keen to work with Sales teams, blueprints and drawings and look to understand how systems are built so they can translate technical detail into accurate costings and project proposals.

This is your chance to work as an estimator for world-leading construction specialist building on your existing estimating career or taking your first steps from drafting or 3D design background.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for glass curtain wall and façade systems from drawings, models, and specifications.
• Interpret architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documents to assess materials, labour, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to develop accurate and competitive bid submissions.
• Support value engineering, supplier pricing, and scope reviews to ensure cost-effective and technically sound proposals.

• Background in drafting, 3D design, façade engineering, or construction estimating.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design/modelling software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
