In this role, you will administer the asset assessment program, coordinating with clients to fulfill their capital planning requirements. Your comprehensive understanding of building systems and engineering principles will guide project execution, ensuring adherence to standards. As a leader, you will mentor staff and contribute to the refinement of assessment methodologies and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruiting and coaching efforts for the team
• Collaborate with clients on capital plan development
• Define methodologies for asset condition assessments
• Train and oversee assessment execution by facility teams
• Manage confidence in capital planning reports and systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• 5 to 10 years direct experience in capital planning
• Familiarity with industry assessment practices
• Valid Professional Engineering Designation
• Strong analytical and technological proficiency
