IT Production Engineer – Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring

This role is part of the IT Operations department in a modernized platform. You will join a dynamic team of 7 engineers and contribute to the evolution of our production environment.

• Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on‑premise and Cloud).
• Implement and automate workflows using Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, scripting).
• Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.
• Contribute to AI‑based initiatives for predictive monitoring and process optimisation.
• Provide Level2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.
• Document processes and propose improvements for reliability and efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Zero to 3‑4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools (Git, Jenkins/GitLabCI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.
• Good analytical skills, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
