AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python
• Work on data processing, automation, and intelligent systems
• Handle structured and unstructured data to improve business workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and data protection standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI capabilities within the organization

• Strong experience in Python development
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts
• Experience working with data processing and analysis (structured and unstructured data)
• Previous exposure to secure or regulated environments (banking, finance, etc.) is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in an on-premise setup
• Good understanding of data security and governance principles

• Experience in private banking or similar
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as blockchain or digital assets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding data security
