Une banque privée à Genève recherche un Technicien ou une Technicienne Support N2 pour fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs et gérer les tickets Jira. Les responsabilités incluent l'installation et la configuration du matériel, la résolution d'incidents, ainsi que la participation à des projets IT. Le candidat idéal aura entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience en administration Windows, une bonne maîtrise de Windows 10/11 et des notions de réseau.
Un bon niveau de français et d'anglais est requis.
