Posizione
He/she has the task of carrying out Quality Control activities for electrical discipline.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections, final testing, and tests in accordance with documented procedures or standards/international codes
Attend preliminary quality meetings at the Supplier's location
Record the results of inspection activities with a special Report
Check suppliers' ITPs (including procedures and instructions), also during site activities (if any)
Follow up the inspection and test activities during the suppliers’ activities, through ITPs
Notify, follow-up, support classification/analysis and verify the resolution of non-compliances and the implementation of changes
Requisiti
Degree in electrical Engineering or Technical secondary diploma
Three years of experience in inspection and testing activities
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent
Knowledge of codes and standards in the field of:
Diesel Generators, Cooling Water System, DCS, Heat exchangers, Compressors, valves, Medium and Low Voltage Switchboards and busbars.
Certification as an expert in welding and/or non-destructive testing, for QC inspectors (only for Mechanicals)
Preparation and verification of supply quality documentation and dossiers
Be proactive in suppliers’ management
Monitoring KPI and reporting
Ability to organize and plan inspections
Ability to evaluate the results of inspections
Proactive and problem-solving attitudes
Communication skills in relations with all parties involved in inspection activities
Good knowledge of English
