We’re hiring a Mill Operator to support our paving projects by operating heavy milling equipment used to remove existing pavement. You’ll work closely with your crew to prepare roads and surfaces for repaving—helping deliver safe, high‑quality results.

This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety‑minded, and ready to take on physical, hands‑on work in a team environment.

• Operate a milling machine to remove and grind asphalt or pavement from roads and surfaces
• Safely transport and set up milling equipment at job sites
• Prepare work areas by clearing debris and obstacles
• Follow project plans and guidelines to ensure accuracy
• Perform precise milling work to meet quality standards
• Conduct regular equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Support laborers, pavers, and flaggers during project operations
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates
• Follow all company and site‑specific safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with heavy equipment
• Familiarity with construction tools and job site protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance
• Flexibility to work long hours in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physically demanding work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professionalism when representing the company on job sites
