- Perform basic labor tasks with supervision, operating hand‑held and powered tools, swing scaffolds, epoxy pumps, etc.
- Operate and maintain machines that pump concrete, grout, cement, sand, plaster through spray guns.
- Mix cement, sand, water, use hoe, trowel, etc., to produce concrete or slurry.
- Build wooden forms and clamp around area, position for pouring, dismantle, use saws, hammers, bolts.
- Place, consolidate, protect concrete or masonry, wet surfaces for bonding, fill holes and cracks with grout.
- Spread, level, smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, trowels, screeds, floats, grinders; clean, coat, seal, waterproof, restore concrete surfaces.
- Chip, scrape, grind, sand, polish spots using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, hand tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, etc., or stamp decorative finishes.
- Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools and jointers.
- Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps – temporary structures.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles & equipment; lubricate and repair machinery.
- Account for all tools and light equipment; store and secure after shift.
- Identify, pack, and transport hazardous materials; operate, read, maintain air monitoring devices.
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, specifications for tasks.
- Load, unload, identify building materials, machinery and tools; distribute per plan.
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards; control traffic near work zones.
- Measure, mark, record openings and distances to lay out work area.
- Attend daily and weekly safety meetings.
- Participate in Jobsite Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Perform work in strict compliance with jobsite/shop requirements and safety guide.
- Assist team in maintaining safe environment.
- Promote 24/7 safety culture; exemplify safety as core value.
- Report incidents accurately and promptly.
- Wear all required Personal Protection Equipment.
- Pass a respirator fit test and use respirator when required.
- Perform physical activity requiring arms, legs, whole‑body motion.
- Balance, walk, stoop, crawl, reach, climb ladders/scaffolding.
- Move hand, arm together; coordinate multiple limbs while standing or sitting.
- Lift, push, pull, carry up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
- Communicate orally; speak and hear detailed information.
- Have visual acuity for clear, sharp vision and small detail recognition.
- Pass Pulmonary Function / Fit Test.
- Willing to work from project site up to 100%.
- Willing to work 50‑55 hour per week with flexible hours.
- Willing to work at heights up to 650feet.
- Provide reliable transportation to/from jobsite daily.
- Willing to work wherever needed, including night shift, out of town, etc.
