. We’re currently hiring Experienced Roofers who take pride in their work and are open to learning historic roofing using traditional methods and delivering high-quality work. Through our paid apprenticeship
, you can learn at your own pace the art of historic roofing. What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile and copper roofing systems
• Work with natural slate, clay tile, copper flashing, and related materials
• Perform detailed craftsmanship on historic and architecturally significant buildings
• Maintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standards
• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled craftspeople and preservation specialists
• Travel to job sites with paid travel time and logistics support provided

• 3+ years roofing experience (shingle is fine)
• Strong knowledge of roofing installation, repair techniques, and flashing details
• Comfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Desire for a long‑term career in historic preservation roofing
