** Responsibilities and Duties
*** Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with process equipment.
* Conduct preventative maintenance work orders.
* Disassemble/install new equipment, sensors, machines, etc.
* Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, etc.
* Inspect equipment and systems for stability and quality.#
** Education and Experience
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years previous maintenance experience
* Experience in explosive manufacture preferred#
** Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
*** Possess an understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
* Possess an understanding of mechanical systems and be able to read and understand detail and process & instrumentation drawings.
* Possess an understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
* Effective problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks.#
** Work Environment
** This position requires no travel. Time will be spent in all areas of theplant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements.
