Thermotec Glass dba Arrow Glass Industries in Austin, TX, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. Must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities, act as a liaison, provide product and services information and provide excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist customers before, during and after a sale.

The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can remain patient and professional when working with customers.

• Multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a changing deadlines and priorities environment.
• Act as liaison to provide product and services information and excellent customer service.
• Assist customers before, during and after a sale.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in all customer interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections is a plus.
• Experience in the glass industry, construction industry, or service/trade industries.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Starting Pay: DOE

Schedule:

Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm
