- Execute lesson plans and curriculum
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Complete required assessments and observations
- Communicate with parents and address their needs
- Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
- Engage in enjoyable learning experiences for children
These responsibilities are typical for our common positions; we can discuss additional responsibilities for less common roles.
Qualifications- CDA, TCC, or Associate’s degree
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience working with children ages 0–13
- Willingness to train and develop professionally
- 50% discount on preschool or after school tuition
- First eight weeks of tuition for two children free at time of hire
- Monthly incentive bonuses (up to $160, based on enrollment)
- Quarterly incentive bonuses ($250 for each full quarter of employment)
