Duties & Responsibilities: Essential Function of position (include basics and any specific physical requirements, such as lifting). The Licensed Team Leader directs the day to day clinical operation of the ICM team. Duties include: Lead the daily organizational staff meetings and treatment planning meetings. Schedule staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts and on-call hours. Direct and coordinate the client admission process and treatment rehabilitation, and support services of the program in coordination with the psychiatrist. Provide clinical supervision for each client, on the development of the comprehensive assessment and the treatment plan. Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, and hiring. Provide leadership in team development and team building activities to promote staff morale, retention and intercultural competency. Provide service coordination to insure quality care. Develop and administer ICM program budget. Supervise medical record management. Carry out and document quality assurance activities and review of use of program servicers. Develop, maintain and revise as necessary, program policy and procedures. Participate in providing treatment and dual diagnosis services. Assist the Program Manager in meeting program and organizational needs.

A 10% salary supplement will be included as a result of the requirement for immediate response to acute needs of the consumers regardless of the day or hour.

Shift: Mon - Fri (9AM - 5PM)

Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Two years of related post-license experience OR Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Two years of experience at the lower level Social Worker, Licensed 2 (HCP051) or position equivalent.
